It is at an altitude of 400m, at Roquebrussanne, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif, characterized by its limestone soil and its more continental, and therefore cooler, climate, that Jean-Christophe Comor works in organic farming to develop natural wines. Very little needs to be done in the cellar for winemaking; fermentation is left to happen naturally.
