Terms of sale
Preamble
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
You declare that you are at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity allowing you to place an order on the site www.divvino.com as well as to participate in or allow a third party to benefit from a tasting course with consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Payment
Payment by Credit Card guarantees the reservation of the selected course upon validation of the order. An order confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment is registered (credit card or check).
Cancellation / Postponement / Refund
Your acceptance is manifested by the final click to confirm the payment, or the day of receipt of your payment in the event of payment by check.
In accordance with article L221-28, of the Consumer Code: "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rentals, catering or leisure activities. "
If it is impossible to attend the reserved course, the holder of the reservation may, however, send his participation to those around him, by giving him his registration confirmation e-mail to present at the start of the course. The holder must however inform DIVVINO by email (contact@divvino.com) at least 12 hours before the course, of the name and surname of the person designated to replace him at the reserved session.
Likewise, any reserved promotional rate offer can only be valid for the date of the paid session.
No refund is possible for any order already paid (in whole or in part in the case of groups and private parties), and in the event of cancellation or absence noted on the date reserved, your reservation will be considered as definitively lost ( no presentation possible at a new session without making a new reservation, and making a new payment for the course to which you wish to register again).
DIVVINO reserves the right to postpone a course in the event of an insufficient number of participants within 7 calendar days before the course booked, or in the event of force majeure (you will be notified by email).
Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property for the whole world.
As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code.
Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and sanctioned under Intellectual Property unless prior authorization from DIVVINO.
Any total or partial reproduction of the DIVVINO website is strictly prohibited.
Acceptance of these general conditions of sale
The fact for the user to confirm his order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, of which the user acknowledges having read before ordering. These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time by DIVVINO.
