Refund policy
The Customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Company, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty except for the cost of return (Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code - France).
To exercise the right of retraction of the order, the Customer must contact our assistance by e-mail (contact@divvino.com) or by telephone at +33 09 83 74 25 04 (Divvino Marais) or +33 09 83 05 27 46 (Divvino Charonne) within the deadline imposed by law.
The Customer must return the product(s) in the same state he has received, and with all the original packaging, accessories and notices, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the notification of the decision to withdraw from this contract, to the address DIVVINO MARAIS, 16 rue Élzevir - 75003 Paris. In accordance with the law, the Customer shall bear the cost of returning the product(s).
The Company Divvino undertakes to reimburse the Customer within a maximum period of 14 clear days after notification of the withdrawal and under the condition that the products are returned.
*Notes The taste of the wine is not considered a reason to return the product. In order for the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, the bottle of wine must not have been opened.
