Champagne Grand Cru d'Ambonnay, Shaman is an emblematic cuvée of the Marguet house, which reflects the cosmic expression of Benoît's work.
Their champagnes are vinified in the most natural way possible, without the addition of sulfur, using biodynamics and aromatherapy. The goal is to enhance the taste with vibrant bubbles. Vinification and aging are carried out in oak, thus allowing micro-oxygenation of the wines, while promoting the development of aromas.

DOMAIN

Ambonnay and Bouzy vineyards in Bio-dynamics and aromatherapy, working the soil with a draft horse, and natural vinification, with very few sulfites. With a large majority of Chardonnay located in the Montagne de Reims , the vineyard is Demeter certified (biodynamic). Benoit Marguet produces champagnes of elegance and finesse, with no dosage. Benoit is driven by a strong desire to respect the natural balance of things, to serve the living, and to accompany the wine without rushing it.
Single-plot vintages highlight the diversity and richness of the estate's old vines, with a range of grands crus from Ambonnay, Bouzy, Aÿ, Avize and Cramant.
