This cuvée opens with notes of peaches and pears with a floral touch of slightly spicy hawthorn.
Round and suave mouth, fresh with a citrus finish from Vermentino. Nice tension, nice minerality, slight salinity on the finish.
DOMAIN
The vineyard is located in Puy-Sainte-Réparade. There are 123 ha completely restored; an ultra-modern cellar, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, was built and equipped with the latest winemaking tools. The wines are classified into three families, from a simple and fruity style to much more elaborate and elevated vintages, which are increasingly asserting themselves in the Provençal landscape. The talented director of Château La Coste, Matthieu Cosse, slammed the door of this Puy-Sainte-Réparade estate in spring 2017.
