Julien Braud's objective was clear: a small wine estate on a human scale that could thus enjoy all the attention and love necessary (with a horse). Although the surface area of ​​his 7.8 hectare estate has been deliberately divided, Julien offers four terroirs and five varieties: four “still” wines and one sparkling wine. He mainly cultivates Burgundy Melon, the typical grape of the Muscadet region, producing famous sweet wines, which have fallen somewhat into oblivion in recent years, wrongly.
