AOC: POMMARD


Pommard is a French wine with controlled designation of origin (AOC), produced in part of the commune of Pommard, in Côte-d'Or. It is only a red wine from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It is classified among the communal appellations of the Côte de Beaune vineyard.

Production commune: Pommard.
This appellation includes 28 Premiers Crus, the most renowned being Les Rugiens and Les Épenots.
The appellations POMMARD and POMMARD PREMIER CRU can be
followed or not by the name of their Climate of origin.
