The pale yellow color of this vintage presents green and pearly reflections. The nose, fresh and vegetal, combines clean fruit with spicy and floral aromas, such as flint, civet, lilac, lime and peach pit. On the palate, the light and lively attack is accompanied by lemony and menthol notes, a saline framework and a tense finish.

DOMAIN

France Gonzalvez, a lively little woman, began her career as a winemaker in Beaujolais in Saint-Julien about fifteen years ago. Having learned a lot from the Bénier and Lapalu families, she opted for organic viticulture and zero inputs from the start. After delivering some lovely natural juices from the region, she decided to return to her native land: Savoie. It is with strength and energy that she decided to move towards the status of négociant to be able to expand her range of vintages and, above all, to work with local grape varieties such as Mondeuse, Jacquère, Roussane, and Gamay. Since 2022, she has been managing 6 hectares of vines in Trévignin, and we eagerly await her next move. Her wines are smooth, pure, and full of freshness!
