In the very north of the Alsatian vineyard are the vines of the Einhart estate. In Rosenwiller near Rosheim, the Einhart estate has cultivated nearly 10 hectares of vines fully certified to organic farming since the end of the 2000s, under the leadership of Nicolas Einhart. The Einhart family is respected for its great respect for life and the land. Biodiversity is at the heart of Nicolas Einhart’s approach and of course taken up by his son Théo. Regardless of the actions carried out, all practices are carried out to harvest healthy and balanced grapes.
