Mikael Gare's estate "La Pierre Levée" is located in the commune of Verdier in the Tarn department, near Gaillac. Created in 2021, it includes 4 hectares of vines composed largely of indigenous grape varieties (Loin de l'œil, Mauzac for the whites, Duras and Braucol for the reds), supplemented by a little Syrah and Merlot.
