Airy and slightly aromatic orange wine from the Dão region, with a beautiful structure. The aromas range from white flowers, tangerine and apricot to tea leaves. A pronounced salinity persists pleasantly.

Young vines of Encruzado, Cerceal Branco, Bical and Síria grown on granite clay and shale soils. This vintage reflects the organic farming carried out in the vineyard which proceeds without plowing, favoring the biodiversity and health of the vineyard. The harvest is done manually followed by a three-week skin maceration and natural fermentation in vats? This wine will not undergo filtration.
