DOMAINE DUPLESSIS, a house which draws on the experience of five generations of winegrowers and which has produced, since its conversion in 2010 and its certification in 2013, organic wines respectful of the appellation and the soils on which it is grown. Express.
Today, Lilian Duplessis runs the wine estate. Concerned about the good health of the soil and climate issues, he now only works in organic production, keen to respond with accuracy and respect to the various pathologies that threaten the vine. Practices which not only do not harm the quality of the wines, but suit an increasingly strong demand from lovers of great Chablis. Depending on the vintage, the addition of sulfur may be completely absent from winemaking. These are 10 hectares of vines divided into around twenty plots, each with its own typicity, vines established, some of them, for 75 years, and constant attention, organic viticulture requires.
