Muscadet Sèvres & Maine "Terroirs" 2022 White - Lucas Salmon

A refreshing and mineral Muscadet vintage, with a beautiful tonicity! The finish is saline with a nice tension.

Domaine Lucas-Salmon spans the communes of Château-Thébaud and Vertou, through which flow the Sèvre and Maine rivers, two that wind through the hillsides of the Nantes vineyards. The vineyard's proximity to the sea produces saline and oceanic wines renowned for their freshness and minerality. Mickaël Salmon founded this estate in 2019. Before that, he completed his studies in 2012 and worked for two years on the family estate, where he dabbled in everything. The young Lucas Salmon estate has ten hectares of vines with Melon Blanc, Folle Blanche, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Gamay, and Pinot Noir.
