DOMAIN
A 7 hectare family estate created in 1990 by Jean-Michel Petit and his partner Laurence, the Renardière estate has evolved towards organic/biodynamic cultivation and opted for vinification based on the terroirs and the characteristics they transmit to the grape varieties, notably Chardonnay and Ploussard, the two majority grape varieties in the plots. No chemicals, native yeasts in winemaking, minimal dose of sulfur during bottling: precise in their aromatic and mineral expression, the estate's wines have established themselves among the fairest and most representative of the Pupillin terroir. Single-plot vintages and various experiments are the raison d'être of the estate.
