Natural sparkling wine on lees, spontaneously re-fermented in the bottle without added sulfur. Grapes of old white varieties grown in Trentino pergola systems in 30-year-old vineyards. Limestone soil, medium texture.
DOMAIN
Cantina Furlani is young and dynamic, a successful combination of tradition and avant-garde. Production remains entirely artisanal, and all the delicate phases of winemaking take place indoors. The farm boasts several hectares of vineyards, plots that reach 720 meters above sea level, partly on the slopes of the Vigolana and partly on the hills above the city of Trento, from which the raisins are obtained, natural, simple, and refined wines with a strong personality. Grapes cultivated and vinified with passion, always respecting nature, the environment, and animals.
In the cellar, the work is 100% natural, without yeast or filtration, with clarifications often even taking place in good wines left in contact with snow during the winter. This is a work full of common sense and the production of simple and effective wines, 100% natural and extremely seductive!
