Genesis is an iconic cuvée that pays homage to this ancestral Savoyard grape variety. This elegant, delicate, and fresh white wine, with its citrusy and chalky notes, is the fruit of an exceptional terroir and artisanal expertise.

Jacquère grapes come from three plots located in the Plantets area. The main characteristic of these plots is the age of the vines, which are over 100 years old. These old ladies, trained using the Royat cord system, are carefully tended to produce grapes of exceptional quality.

The harvest is carried out with care, and the grapes are gently pressed before being chilled for 3 to 4 days. Settling then takes place in sandstone or clay jars, or in demi-muids, depending on the characteristics of the vintage. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place naturally, without stirring or racking, in order to preserve the purity and expression of the terroir.

Genesis is a white wine of rare elegance, distinguished by its freshness, minerality, and citrusy, chalky notes. It offers a complex aromatic palette, with notes of white fruits, flowers, and flint.
