This vibrant wine has a nice tension on attack, notes of lemon and yellow apple emerge on the nose. A floral side on the palate and a buttery finish! Nice wine from Andalusia!
DOMAIN
El Pinto is a collaboration between Les Caves de Pyrène and Hacienda La Parrilla. The idea behind this project is to create excellent value for money wines, from grapes grown sustainably, as naturally as possible, wines that will identify with the characteristics of the region. The vineyards are part of a 500 ha estate located in the San Jose del Valle region, inland, 35 km south-east of Jerez, in beautiful countryside close to the Sierra de Cádiz. Composed of old olive trees, vineyards (17ha), pastures (where Iberian pigs live freely) and other crops. Owned by the Rebuelta González brothers, they built the winery in a former olive mill, within their charming farm dating from 1881.
