The Tintorela Sélection cuvée comes from a micro trading activity set up by Régis Pichon to compensate for the lack of production for the 2019 vintage, with an oenologist friend. The organic grapes all come from the commune of Aspiran and are vinified in the commune. The wine has a bright ruby color. The nose, pleasant and delicious, offers a bouquet of red fruits, crushed strawberries, wild blackberries, raspberries and licorice.
The palate is supple from the attack, it presents a light substance with fine tannins. The floral and fruity aromatic expression gives the wine its fresh and gourmet side. A touch of freshness completes this delicious side.
DOMAIN
Driven by a feeling of freedom, we chose to settle in 2005 in the heart of Languedoc. It is in Aspiran, between sea and mountains, that we brought together 7 hectares of vines and created this estate from scratch. A madness driven by passion, involving the whole family. The nearby Hérault River inspired its name: Ribiera (waterfront in Occitan). Our commitment is to lead the vines in organic farming with conviction and to develop with humility the most natural wines possible. Like free winegrowers.
