The originality of this Corsican wine lies in its grape varieties: minustellu, aleaticu and vermentinu, which are co-fermented and aged on fine lees in vats. Without the slightest extraction and the desire to delight from the first rounds of the glass, Christophe Ferrandis here leaves the limestone + nielluccio equation to reveal a completely different personality of the Corsican terroir. You will find notes of small flowers and wild berries, delivered without harshness or tannins.
Clos Signadore is exclusively planted with Corsican grape varieties. It was created by Christophe Ferrandis in 2001. The estate has around twenty hectares, around ten of which are planted with vines. Clos Signadore supplies 30,000 bottles . The conversion of the entire estate to organic took place in 2010
