Domaine DUBUET BOILLOT is a 6.5 hectare estate located in Volnay. Today in the hands of Maxime, who took over from his maternal grandfather Pierre BOILLOT in 2016. He offers red wines from the Coteaux Bourguignons “Peaux rouge” and Volnay (Sur-Roches, Les Vieilles Vignes) appellations. , Volnay 1 er Cru (Les Pitures, Carelle sous la Chapelle), Pommard 1 er Cru (En Largillière, Les Chanlins-Bas), Beaune Les Prévolles and Monthélie 1 er Cru Les Riottes.
Maxime DUBUET BOILLOT worked for 8 years at the Henri and Gilles REMORIQUET estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges, before having the opportunity to return to his family land. He then vinifies at the DUBUET BOILLOT estate , of 6.5 hectares in Volnay , near his uncle Philippe BOILLOT, buyer of the family estate, with a view to a potential transfer. A passionate worker, Maxime started with the Sur-Roches terroir in Volnay in order to position this vintage as the farm's signature.
Since 2017, he has sought to offer a greater range of wines with a greater diversity of Burgundy's magnificent climats. Maxime strives to produce precise and harmonious vintages while respecting the environment and family tradition. Determined and passionate, he is part of the new generation of Burgundian winegrowers. Attached to the Burgundy terroir, Maxime Dubuet Boillot offers sincere and authentic wines.
