Very expressive in its color, a beautiful deep ruby, the wine is more discreet with its still closed bouquet, delicate notes of red fruits and stave emerging with aeration. After an attack full of freshness, the palate gradually develops an ample and round texture. A balanced whole, to wait a little.

For almost 15 years, Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon invests and continues to improve the quality of its vintages.

The 7 hectares of this Cru Bourgeois de Pauillac, harvested by hand , are composed of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, for vines around fifteen years old.

After a rigorous sorting , and a scraping allowing us to reduce bitterness, winemaking is done plot by plot , in thermoregulated stainless steel and concrete tanks. The wines are then aged in barrels for 14 months (50% new barrels).
