The wines of Laurence and Rémi Dufaitre have become essential in Beaujolais. The soils are cultivated organically, and fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts. Depending on the vintage, there is little or no sulfur.

DOMAIN

Laurence and Rémi Dufaitre took over the family estate in 2003 and converted to organic farming as soon as they could, working it for themselves rather than for the local trade or cooperative. From their estate's 11 hectares of vines, they harvest superb white and red grapes and produce juices of remarkable purity.
