The Amour de Deutz Rosé 2013 vintage is mainly made from grapes grown on the terroirs of Aÿ, Verzenay, Ambonnay, Bouzy, Avize, and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The specificity of the style and appearance of the wine is due to the addition, during the blending, of 9% of a great red Pinot Noir wine produced by Deutz from plots of old vines from the Aÿ coast. and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
The dress sparkles and is adorned with a delicate rose gold. The effervescence is fine, lively and regular. The nose is very expressive and seductive, with delicate aromas of small red and black fruits, enhanced with a fine vanilla note. On the palate, we find notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant all in harmony. Of great seduction, promising great aging potential, the wine has a perfect balance between aromatic power and finesse of structure. Elegant, precise and delicious, the finish has a nice length.
