Domaine Taupenot-Merme is managed by Virginie and Romain, brother and sister, and has been passed down from generation to generation since the mid-17th century. The wine estate is located in Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Balanced wines that reflect the terroir well, always respecting organic farming .
Pinot Noir red wines are offered, which constitutes the bulk of the production. There are four Grands Crus, Clos des Lambrays, Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyères-Chambertin in Côte de Nuits, without forgetting the famous Corton Le Rognet in Côte de Beaune. There are also six Burgundy Premiers Crus, including Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Bel Air and Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Pruliers.
