Located on the plot known as Dames Huguettes, (one of the very beautiful terroirs of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits), this cuvée was born in 2017. It was previously blended with Burgundy Red. These vines are planted on red, very stony and shallow soils. The result is a fresh wine, with delicate and invigorating fruit, full of vivacity and energy.

Henri Gouges is at the origin of the law on Controlled Appellations and was a representative of Burgundy viticulture on the INAO steering committee. " It is in the vineyard that great wines mature ," this adage has guided all of the estate's choices since its creation. In 1940, Marcel and Michel Gouges decided to replant the aging vineyard to ensure the future. Pierre and Christian, for their part, set about modernizing winemaking techniques and were among the first to take the turn towards sustainable viticulture with a single concern: quality. This era was also marked by export, and Henri Gouges wines began to travel the world. Concerned about current issues, Grégory and Antoine Gouges decided to mark their era with responsibility and naturalness. For 15 years, the entire estate has been worked according to the principles of organic farming. Favoring biodiversity, promoting the roots of the vine, encouraging the development of microorganisms, the study of the earth and its exchanges are the key words of this fourth generation. A family that constantly oscillates between tradition on the one hand, openness to its time and vision of the future on the other.
