Created in 2010 by Michaël Novo, a former amateur brewer who chose to make it his profession, the Mont Salève brewery quickly gained a good reputation in France and abroad thanks to its innovative beers , most of which are highly crafted. on hops . It is based in Neydens, near Salève, a mountain not far from the Swiss border.
Breaking with the traditional beer culture in France, the creations of this micro-brewery offer a very wide aromatic palette . From Bitter to Imperial Stout, including India Pale Ale, Berliner Weisse and Barley Wine, no style can resist it.
