Created in 2010 by Michaël Novo, a former amateur brewer who chose to make it his profession, the Mont Salève brewery quickly gained a good reputation in France and abroad thanks to its innovative beers , most of which are highly crafted. on hops . It is based in Neydens, near Salève, a mountain not far from the Swiss border.
Breaking with the traditional beer culture in France, the creations of this micro-brewery offer a very wide aromatic palette . From Bitter to Imperial Stout, including India Pale Ale, Berliner Weisse and Barley Wine, no style can resist it. The wide range of beers created by the brewery uses hops from all over the world , without forgetting those grown in France, with which Michaël Novo created the “French Pale Ale”.
