The Champagne Pascal Hénin estate is spread over different major terroirs of Champagne. Aÿ and Chouilly for the Grands Crus, Mareuil sur Aÿ, Dizy for the Premiers Crus, and in the Marne Valley in Cerseuil and Troissy. This diversity of terroirs makes it possible to cultivate the 3 Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier), to take advantage of the richness and aromas of each for future blends. Pascal cultivates the family estate like a nature lover. He works in the traditional way, with care and rigor and with respect for the environment.
