Spirits Tasting

➡️ Divvino Paris invites you to the Spirits Tasting of the Chromatic Distillery with the presence of Camilia Cherf, from Le Paris des Sens , a company specializing in organic and biodynamic drinks. This Friday 04/26, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

➡️ Pioneer of biodynamics in the Mâconnais, in Burgundy, the Domaine Guillaume Michel launched the Chromatic Distillery in 2023 alongside their estate. Imagined by Sophie, the new generation of the family estate, and her husband Gautier, it celebrates a distinct ingredient for each spirit, ranging from corn to absinthe, spelled and juniper. All the cereals used to make the musts come from organic farming and are old varieties. These musts are then distilled by them in a copper still heated over a wood fire.
