🍷 Tasting with Michto Vino, the micro-winery of the Paris region, with winemaker Florent Sabourin 🍇

We are thrilled to invite you to a special evening at Divvino to discover the unique creations of Michto Vino, with winemaker Florent Sabourin in attendance.

Born in the heart of Montreuil, near Paris, Michto Vino stands out for its artisanal approach and winemaking in a small cellar at the back of a garden. This adventure began in 2020, during the lockdown, when Florent Sabourin and Éric Tachin decided to embark on winemaking. Inspired by local slang, where "michto" means "awesome," they transformed an old workshop into a winery, purchasing organic grapes from Burgundy, the Loire, and Alsace to produce wine on-site.

Their project quickly took shape, and eight months later, they were selling their first bottles on the local market. In 2021, Marc Levent, with his experience in prestigious Burgundy estates, joined the team. Together, they continue to explore innovative creations, including natural sparkling wines, while hosting tasting workshops. Come and discover the story and passion behind Michto Vino!
