Prosecco Dry Paladin is a sparkling Prosecco so soft and round that those who seek harmony and pleasure fall head over heels in love.

The Paladin estate's vines are located on the borders of Eastern Veneto and Friuli, where already in Roman times the production of quality wine was established. Pliny mentions in his writings amphorae loaded in the surrounding ports bound for Rome.
The family business founded by Valentino 50 years ago is today managed by his three children Lucia, Carlo and Roberto.
The soils in this region appeared 20,000 years ago after the last ice age. This is limestone closely linked to clayey marls, called here caranto, whose characteristics give the wine body, roundness and good aromatic intensity. The climate is mild: in the north, the Dolomites block the harsh cold of the Alps and in the south-east, the Adriatic Sea plays the role of thermal regulator.
