The wines of Domaine Nicolas Rossignol are made from rigorously sorted grapes from vines cultivated using traditional viticulture techniques inspired by Biodynamics.
The vineyard is managed in a sustainable way and also takes into account the lunar influence both for the work of the vines and for the production and aging of the wines. No chemical weedkillers are used: only plowing allows soil maintenance.
