DOMAIN
Built in the 17th century, Château Rauzan Ségla has belonged to the Chanel house since 1994. The complete renovation of the estate and the meticulous attention of the managers and teams have enabled this Second Growth Classified in 1855 to finally reveal its full potential. The 66 hectare vineyard flourishes in the heart of the AOP Margaux and delivers vintages typical of this prestigious appellation. The wines of Château Rauzan Ségla have a lot of brilliance and aromatic nobility . They develop notes of violet and red fruits which subtly intertwine with the fine and elegant tannins. What style !
The 66 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (35%), Petit Verdot (3.5%) and Cabernet Franc (1.5%) are cultivated in sustainable cultivation of which 4 hectares are entirely organic since 2010.
