The Domaine du Couvent presents itself as a family property managed by Philippe Chéron and installed in the former convent of Gevrey-Chambertin. This wine estate, covering an area of 10 hectares, extends over exceptional terroirs exclusively on the Côte de Nuits. Its vineyard forms a mosaic of plots mainly spread across the communes of Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Vougeot; but also in Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Marsannay la Côte.
