A Rum of Character Inspired by Cuban Traditions of the 19th Century and aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak barrels previously used for aging whiskey. A creation of the youngest Cuban Maestro Ronero, César Martí who brings his complexity through the art of assembling these aguardientes (or Cuban cane brandies).
A palate punctuated with notes of vanilla, prune, ginger, soft fruits and wood. We will appreciate these smoky touches and sishuan pepper, and its roasted finish of chocolate, smoked molasses, almond and pear.

Eminente embodies the renaissance of 19th century Cuban rum, made by the youngest master rum maker on the island and aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak barrels. Eminente Reserva presents the aesthetics of a traditional light Cuban rum to which is added all the complexity and depth of an aged rum.

César Martí learned his trade from his grandparents, raised in sugar cane fields stretching as far as the eye can see. Rich in this family passion, he chose to dedicate his career to the study, transmission and evolution of Cuban know-how in order to produce exceptional rums. At the end of his studies in physics and engineering, César Martí reached the prestigious status of the youngest Master Ronero of the country in just nine years. A feat still unmatched today.
