A fresh and fruity wine: it is a Classico, an area where the best vineyards are located. It is a blend of mainly Corvina with Rondinella and Corvinone with a small amount of more obscure Molinara and Oseleta raisins.
DOMAIN
Valpolicella comes from the Veneto region of Italy just north of Verona. This cuvée is fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel, no aging in oak barrels takes place, which highlights the fresh minerality and juicy flavors of cherry and plum. This is a passionately biodynamic estate and their wines are bottled unfiltered, unfined and with real integrity.
