A delicate nose, aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, redcurrants) and an intense color. On the palate, a beautiful structure and a presence with finesse. Very nice material, fine and fresh aromas. Juicy mouthfeel with very ripe raw material. It’s a little delight from the Côte de Nuits.
Covering an area of 3 ha, the estate was created in 2003 with a sustainable cultivation method. The terroir is located a few kilometers from Nuits Saint Georges, on a steep slope, facing south, southwest at around 380 meters. The soil is clay-limestone with very little soil. Young vines less than 30 years old, harvested and sorted by hand. Aged for approximately 12 months on lees in oak barrels with 20% new barrels.
