Resulting from a skilful maceration of plants from the coves, such as fennel and savory, CALANQUAIS reveals itself in a pastis without artifice, without coloring or preservatives, carrying a captivating complexity and length in the mouth.
DISTILLERY
Carry Winery is the story of a group of friends, Jerôme, Fred and Mo, wine enthusiasts who embarked on the crazy project of growing and producing the only wine on the Côte Bleue. Five years later, some 6,000 bottles of rosé and 2,000 bottles of red are produced here, depending on the year. No appellation at the moment or rather yes, that of uncontrolled appellation of origin as we like to say here. For rosé, a forgotten grape variety, Counoise, combined with Vermentino and ripe Grenache, with certain maritime contributions. Production of marc and Pastis.
