Coccinella from the young and passionate artisan wine producer Aldo Viola from the historic Sicilian wine region of Alcamo west of Palermo. The emphasis in wine production is on excellence, tradition and eco-sustainability. This is a unique organic ruby red wine produced naturally from Syrah grapes. A slightly spicy, mineral and fruity wine, pleasant and soft.

The Aldo Viola estate is entirely organic and extends over 16 hectares, located near the Sicilian town of Alcamo . With a totally naturalist approach, this winery works based on three foundations: quality, tradition and sustainability. They thus obtained a small production of 10,000 bottles, divided between four types of natural wine.
Aldo Viola Coccinella wine comes from vines grown on the hill of Feudo Guarini (Trapani) at 300 m above sea level. They are based on clay-limestone soil, rich in organic substances, which offers unbeatable health, thanks to the ecological, biological and biodynamic techniques implemented. The harvest is carried out manually, when the grapes have reached their optimal maturity.
