Single-plot cuvée from Pinot Noir and Meunier vines planted in 1974 on loamy soil. Disgorgement in July 2022. A total of only 493 bottles were produced for the 2015 vintage so this bottle is quite rare. Complex, long and tense.

Clément Perseval is part of this new generation of talented and creative Champagne winegrowers! Clément does not just inherit his father's land but adapts and becomes a true creator of Champagne. Sensitive to more than sustainable agriculture, the former student of Anselme Selosse favors biodiversity and favors indigenous yeasts.
His champagnes are in his image, authentic and sincere. In the vineyard Clément Perseval favors bio diversity, and in the cellar, the young winemaker has a natural approach to winemaking. Thus the natural dosage is obtained naturally, thanks to the residual sugar from fermentation.
