This estate is located in the Arve valley, in Haute-Savoie, the historic vineyard of Ayse, planted on steep hillsides covered with limestone scree and glacial sediments. Domaine Belluard has put the endemic Gringet grape variety in the spotlight. The estate switched to biodynamic cultivation in 2000.
Dominique Belluard strives to offer intense and original sparkling and still wines, with an irrepressible identity, endowed with an original aromatic personality but also great finesse.
