The palate is tangy fruity with a pleasant, long and velvety texture. When tasting we find this beautiful floral aroma which characterizes the cuvée, enhanced with a touch of spices. Created in 2021 by Valentine and Stéphane Mathieu, two wine and spirits professionals with extensive career paths, Valentine did his internship with Champagne Alexandre Chartogne and then spent 2 years in Brouilly to build his foundations, the Valma estate extends over 5 hectares and is among the most beautiful areas of the Fleurie appellation: Les Labourons, la Madone, La Chapelle des Bois.
