Our 60 years of experience have allowed us to develop our own method of producing sparkling wines, which is based on a precise technique to guarantee the quality of Chandon wines throughout their production. The vintage used to compose Chandon Garden Spritz is our exceptional quality brut sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sémillon.
We use our own method called Charmat long with slow fermentation to preserve the natural expression of the fruit. A unique macerate of orange peels, herbs and spices is then precisely incorporated into the wine to create Chandon Garden Spritz. 64 tests and 4 years of development were necessary to find the optimal balance between wine and macerate, perfection between sweetness and bitterness.
