Very surprising wine with its orange color and its extremely complex floral and fruity aromas. Nose reminiscent of distilled alcohols such as cognac evolving towards a hint of menthol. The mouth is structured, harmonious and round. The tannins are very fine and silky.
Winegrowers since 1986, Pierre and Florence Pelletier, driven by the desire to live their profession in connection with the living world, decided to be a force for change and to make things evolve. They have chosen to grow vines organically since 2009 and switched to biodynamics in 2017.
