DOMAIN
Anne-Laure Laengel signs the first vintage from her micro estate of less than one hectare, located in the small green setting of Bernardswiller, nestled at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile in the Vosges Piedmont. This young Alsatian winemaker is far from being a stranger to the vineyard profession. She shares this passion with her partner Christophe Lindenlaub, winemaker at Domaine Lindenlaub, who grows biodynamic vines about ten kilometers from hers. Anne-Laure, for her part, produces three vintages in organic farming, all vinified without inputs: Dans le pif, a blended white wine, Dans le bain, a maceration wine and Dans le vent, a natural sparkling wine.
