Blend of an old vine 65 years old and younger ones 15 and 20 years old. The wine is still the roundest, fruitiest and most open of the range, with unique spicy notes. Silky and enveloped attack, ending on the same register, with little nervousness and tension. Generally appreciated for its immediate side and its softness.
DOMAIN
The wines of Domaine Nicolas Rossignol are made from rigorously sorted grapes from vines cultivated using traditional viticulture techniques inspired by Biodynamics.
The vineyard is managed in a sustainable way and also takes into account the lunar influence both for the work of the vines and for the production and aging of the wines. No chemical weedkillers are used: only plowing allows soil maintenance.
