Halfway between beer and wine, this drink, also called “vière”, comes from a maceration of Chenin Blanc grapes from the estate with different hops added successively until pressing and bottling for a second fermentation. . The exotic aromas of fermentation are enhanced by the freshness of the hops which offers you flavors of white flowers and citrus on the palate as well as a beautiful sweetness typical of an IPA beer.
