Firm and soft at the same time, this Chambolle-Musigny comes from one of the most sought-after premier crus of its appellation. A monument of balance, an ode to Pinot Noir, certainly. The Chambolle-Musigny 1er cru Les Amoureuses delivers aromas of very ripe red fruits (cherry in particular), notes of liquorice as well as more animal and earthy notes and tobacco. On the palate, the tannins are firm but soft.

Domaine Robert Groffier has some of the most beautiful appellations in Burgundy , with great wines such as Bonne Mares, Chambertin-Clos de Bèze but also the legendary Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru “Les Amoureuses” . Since 2005, Nicolas Groffier has been running the family estate. He is committed to respecting the land and the vines. He practices meticulous viticulture where the work on the vines is carried out vine by vine. On the winemaking side, Nicolas Groffier produces great wines for aging which require around ten years in the cellar to be able to reveal their potential. The vineyard of Domaine Robert Groffier Père et Fils flourishes on shallow brown limestone soil. The vines can thus take deep roots and draw in the nutrients necessary for their proper development. The vineyard covers 8 hectares and reaches an average age of 40 years. The estate is at the origin of legendary wines such as the Chambolle -Musigny 1er Cru les Amoureuses , the Bonnes-Mares and the Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze . The wines are incredibly elegant and offer you unforgettable tasting moments.
