Clos Bonnefare is a one-hectare micro-property. The result is a true artisan wine, made by François Jaurou, a passionate winemaker. To the rhythm of his passion and the seasons, he limits interventions and synthetic phytosanitary products as much as possible, in an approach that respects the environment. Observation and prevention are essential. The estate is also in the process of converting to organic farming.
