Located in the town of Auxey-Duresses, the Moulin aux Moines nestles in the heart of the Côte de Beaune vineyard. A heritage of monks dating back to the 10th century, the estate has reconnected with its ancestral values since its acquisition by the Andrieu family in 2008. In 2009, Jordane Andrieu entrusted the operation to Willy Roulendes (formerly of the Montille estate). Thanks to organic farming and the principles of biodynamics, with minimal intervention during aging, it produces vibrant local wines that are as high quality as they are natural. Between respect for traditions & ancestral values and current concerns & methods, the estate above all allows the unique personality of the terroir to be expressed in each of the vintages, without technological artifice.
